Going back to work?

Hi guys! I am a little concerned about going back to work considering what I do ( physical therapist assistant) and the amount of heavy lifting I do. I'm going to do home health only so there won't be much lifting hopefully...but I was wondering how everyone has done about work and how sore etc u were/are? My dr did say 6weeks for all restriction to be lifted but what about a lot of walking and bending?
