I need help. I'm 8 months banded. This has been a slow process and I'm learning a lot. I feel like over the last couple of weeks I'm really starting to make some progress. I have been staying between 900 and 1000 calories a day and I'm burning at least 250 to 300 calories exercising. I get at least 70 to 80 grams of protein. I have lost weight doing this but I want to continue losing. Am I in the right range of calories?
