Hello everyone I had a question that was concerning me. I will be going in for surgery on march 22 yay happy about that. Anyways I got diagnos a diabetic 3 weeks ago so I slowed my role. Know instead of high blood sugars I get lows maybe 1 low a day. Now my question is pre and after operation everything has to be sugar free what do I do if my blood sugar goes low?
