The band works so funny to me I sometimes feel so full when I haven't even ate anything smh I think sometimes it's good but then I really know it's not because I'm not getting my proper nutrients like protein fiber my vegetables you know...

    Keep up with the vitamins ( I was told to take two childrens chewables a day) and keep some protin powder around to add to things. If you look and feel great that is what matters! I hope I don't feel hungry with my band!!
