Florida fill Dr

Does anyone know of a Dr in NE Florida that will fill a midband that I got in Mexico? I was banded 2/27/04 and planned to return to TJ in July for a fill but I will need one much sooner! I don't mind driving an hour or two, but would like to be able to make the trip in a day from the Jacksonville area. Thanks Rili
