Still getting easier and enjoying more variety. Pre-prepping individual oz and graphing keep me on track. Normal life is still taking getting use to. Went to go to a 50th birthday party and stopped by the store for more yogurt, and that over did it for me. Feeling some new pain to the left of my incision and felt 2 chest pains while at the store. Since I've been back home in pj's and heating pad, starting to feel better. That was the first unrecognizable incident since the surgery. Off to rest now. Good night and the rest of you stay focused on your goals. WE GOT THIS!
