March 1st surgery

Got my shakes today and plan to start with tonights dinner. I don't know if any of you felt this way but I have always been a little afraid that this surgery was never going to happen and after receiving my shakes, surgery date and pre op date & time it is as if it is true!!! I am very excited. Yay!

Yeah, I had moments when I thought the surgery was never going to happen (things just weren't moving "fast enough" for my schedule!) and now...I sometimes think that all my life has been leading up to this moment. By that I mean that I always "knew" that one day I'd release my weight permanently. Dieting for years never did the "permanent" thing, but this...I can't put the correct words to it, but I just feel deep down that this is what I've been leading up to.

Anyone else feel that way?
