reflux from fiber tablets?

Hi All, I'm trying to get back on track. I had lost about 93 pounds and then gained about 15 pounds back over a couple of years. I overcame my fear of judgement at gaining and went back to dr. I didn't know if I needed a fill because I was having night coughs. He added .25cc and suggested that I move my meds and vitamins to morning. I take a multi-vitamin, vitamin C and fiber tablets. I think the fiber tablets were causing the night coughs. Since I've moved them to morning, I've slept much better. I was wondering if anyone else experienced this. Maybe I shouldn't be taking fiber tablets at all.

  • Can you just increase your fiber intake as part of your eating plan? Or try one of the fiber powders? I add ground flax seed to my protein shake and it keeps me full and excuse me...loose. Probably
