What did your doctor recommend? Sounds like an odd thing for a regular doctor to say--"colon cleansing" usually falls into the realm of alternative health practioners. If that was his suggestion, then he should have told you what to use.

I agree odd. Also remember your intestines have good bacteria. Using some cleanse will probably kill them.
