Weird feeling where band is

Im going through some rough stuff right now and noticed since getting another fill yesterday that when i get upset and cry my band feels uncomfortable or tighter. Is that normal?

  • Stress and emotion can affect the tightness of my band, so can being sick, e.g. with a head cold. Good luck.

YES!!!!! Negative emotions definitely affect my band. I've been very stressed for the last few weeks and its like I get an instant fill.

I just make sure I'm extra careful during this time and stick to softer Proteins and am even more mindful with chewing and smaller bites otherwise I'd spend the whole time getting stuck and pbing.

I don't want to run and get a slight unfill as I'm happy where I am with my band and fills ATM and don't want to start getting into the habit of slight unfills and then getting it put back in once stress has left me. I just accommodate my band and work with the moody tool it can be at times.
