Trader Joe's??

I have never shopped at Trader Joe's, there is not one in my area. However, I will be near one next week and could go there. I have heard that they have some good food items. Do you shop there and if so, what do you like? Any healthy high Protein suggestions would be great!!

Thanks!!

My daughter is vegan and loves to shop there but I don't find a need to shop there. I do have a family of six so I like to buy bulk. They don't have too much bulk but I believe it may b cheaper for singles.

I just the flyer for Trader Joe's in the mail today and think I am going to go this weekend. I have shopped there before and really like their frozen section. Any suggestions are also welcome.

I love TJ's and I am lucky to be close to two different stores. They have lots of healthy a good quality fresh foods and frozen meals. My favorite place to shop for food.
