How do you take the apple cider vinegar? I would think it would not agree with your stomach...

so interesting that you posted this.. .I have it in the cupboard.. found it the other day, I'm sure I bought it for one of the "many" diets that I've tried over the years, but for the life of me I can't remember what was supposed to be so great about it.

Vinegar in general is very healthy. I use apple cidar and balsamic all the time. By adding balsamics to Pasta dishes it can help your body better process them. Not to mention by adding balsamic to pasta dishes (spagetti sauces) it taste really good!!

I use both vinegars in cooking all the time. Love 'em. They have been recommended for diabetics for years - look at low glycemic index diets.

I use it a lot in marinades...I tried drinking it in water once...never again!, yuck!...made me nauseous for the rest of the day...
