I understand what's happening but it's hard for me to explain to other people. My sister really wants to understand how it works but she doesn't understand my explanation. Maybe somebody can break it down a little easier than I can.
Also, I do have one question. If the band is around my stomach to create a smaller pouch, then what is the opening that is so small that I have to chew and take extra small bites for? I assumed it was the opening to my stomach, but that doesn't make sense to me if the band is around my stomach and not affected the opening. I know this mat be a stupid question, but apparently I don't know as much as I thought.
