Sickness

I have a simple question. If your sick with cold or flu where u have a bit of drainage does your amount of eats drop. Can being sick cause your band to tighten

There are so many things that make people's band feel tighter and being sick is definitely one of those! Hope if your sick you start feeling better soon!

I think it's natural for our bodies to retain fluids when we sick. That would include your stomach and just a little swelling can create more tightness.

This is going to sound gross, but where do you think the snot is draining to? Your stomach! Mucous is not band-friendly...
