Hi, I'm also 4 years out and having a hard time. I know what you mean about no overweight people around you. It's hard when you see them enjoying the things you used to and they stay small. But I'm trying hard. Just got another fill the other day and ready to give it another go! Don't give up. Just need to remember what your reasons were to do this in the first place!
