Hello,

Has anyone used Dr. DeBarros or Dr. Blackstone in AZ as a self-pay patient? If so, wondering what the approx price range might be and what the process was like as a self-payer.

Thank you!

I used Dr Orris at WLIAZ and was a self pay pt. For the surgery alone, it was approx $10,000. I bought some insurance for any complications up to 6mo. I also had to pay for my endoscopy. All totaled it was approx $14,000. Then I pay as I go for fills. I would totally recommend WLIAZ. My friend used Dr. DeBarros and loves him. I have had a wonderful experience with Dr Orris . My surgerywent well with no complications. I am down 64 lbs since my surgery on 9/20. (includes preop diet etc) The staff is great, very friendly and I never have to wait long at my appointments. They answer all my questions and have a facebook group that offers lots of support. Good luck in your decision!
