Pre op diet.. Need help

So I'm scheduled for February 6th and I haven't been put on an official pre op diet yet.. The doctor and nutritionist suggested I start following a lower cal and low carb diet. I am struggling more than I've ever struggled before!!! My breakfast protein shakes are not filling me up, and I find myself binging throughout the day! I hope this isn't a sign of what it will be like with the bad. I'm starving endlessly!!

You do not get all of your Protein from the shakes from what you said with only 1 shake a day. Count the other protein in your meals.

Lol I know that ;). I'm thinking ahead with my surgery being less than three weeks a day and ill be on three Protein Shakes a day. I also know that I need something higher in protein to keep me satisfied longer right now during my pre op diet. Thanks for the tip though!

Premier Protein- it's at Sam's Club and Costco - 12 shakes for $18.88 - 30g of protein. I just started the liquid today. I'm suppose to 3 three shakes a day plus a lean and green meal(6oz lean protein and 3/4 cup greed veggie). Having the higher protein should make it easier for you. I'm a stay at home more so I'm used to snacking and just eating whenever I fancy - so I know how you feel. But it's suppose to be a lot easier after day 4
