Surgeon

Hi All,

I met my Surgeon this morning. He's very nice and he actually did a gastric bypass surgery on a friend of mine. I'm getting nervous excited.....

I meet with my nutritionist and psychologist next Monday. Will start my 2 week low-fat, low carb pre-op on the 21st.

Lucky you! :) I'm still waiting for my date. The waiting part sucks!

I'm meeting my surgeon tomorrow! What kind of questions did you ask? I need some ideas!

Who is doing your surgery?

My surgeon is Dr. Kenneth Mitchell at Roper St. Francis in Charleston, SC

Here are some questions I asked

-How long has your surgeons been doing these operations?

-How many surgeries has he done?

-Any deaths? (yes I needed to know) :)

-Most common complications?
