Stomach aches?

Ok so I had my endoscopy on Monday ad everything was fine, however since then I've had a terrible stomach ache and a bit nauseous. I also just started new birth control pills and its my TOM. I don't know whether this is due to the endoscopy or my TOM. Also, I started drinking the EAS carb control protein shakes. I called my doctor that did the endoscopy and he said it is possible it's still gas from the procedure. What do you all think? Have any of you had this reaction ether after your endoscopy or after using these drinks for the first time?
