Well, my lapband had been great. I feel that it is the best decision I could have made. In May I had an eye stroke, which took away my sight in one eye. Before this zi had my band to tight and was choking at night, vomiting frequently. So, after my eyestroke, i could not swallow meds, too many, I had all fluid taken out of band. Gained a lot of weight. Not blaming the band. I went crazy eating. I was worried about my sight. Now, I am being checked for something called MGUS. Though I do not think the band is the culprit, I just want to get anything foreign out my body. I have been experiencing pain in my right rib cage. But, once you have a scary health problem everything worries you.
