How soon did you start running?

Just curious how far out postop people waited to start running? My doctor said whenever but I don't think id feel comfortable for awhile! Thanks!

    My doctor told me 4 weeks. The first 4 weeks only walking after that I could run. No ab work for 6 weeks.

    I was banded on 12/14 and I still cannot run. I saw the doctor Monday and he said to exercise but wait at least two more weeks to run because the intraabdominal stitches take longer to heal.
