Second fill

I got my second fill today. 1.5 cc. I'm hoping to tell a difference in my restriction. I go back in eight weeks.

If you don't be sure to call in 10-14 days don't let them tell you, you know better how u feel. You shouldn't be hungry for at less 4 hours and longer and you food shouldn't be calling your name...you should be satisfied with your 1/2 c or 1 c of food at meal time what ever your doctor told you. I didn't know to call sooner and suffered with being hungry once I got to 6.5cc in a 10 cc band it was so easy to stay on the program. I am so glad ZI did this I now had lost more then I need to still loss and I am now lower then I have been in 30 yrs it is just amagine, I am still on ooo of this whole thing.

Give the band time to work. While you are waiting for fills learn what is good to eat with your band, and begin to learn portions and chewing. Fills are not the whole answer. The band and fills are not a magic wand, you will have to work for what you want!

I am at 6.5 in an 11cc band and I still don't feel restriction... so it is a process... I am hoping that in the next fill or two I will start to "feel something". Good luck and work on all those healthy habits now... it may be a while till the band is a tool for you so getting things under control now and in routine is helpful!
