BMI 34 getting banded this month!

Hi everyone!

My goal is 45 pounds and I'm wondering if anyone has had similar stories?

I have a range of health reasons for doing the surgery and it's certainly not a lack of serious trying for many years!

I love exercise and I'm hoping by eating right and exercise I can get down to a healthy weight even though it's not as big as some other success stories I read?

Any help would be so great. I think im getting nervous! But so ready...

Mel :)

Im right there with you. Ive tried so many things and Im actiually an active person but have had a really hard time loosing this weight. I was to the point of just accepting Id always be overweight untill reading up on the lap band. To me I feel hopeful again. I get banded 1/31/13 how about you?
