Hi everyone! Anyone just been banded or has a surgery date coming up?

Thank you all so much! All went so well just sore but no pain no gain right? If I can help with anything at all let me know!

Hi everyone! My goal is 45 pounds and I'm wondering if anyone has had similar stories? I have a range of health reasons for doing the surgery and it's certainly not a lack of serious trying for many years! I love exercise and I'm hoping by eating right and exercise I can get down to a healthy weight even though it's not as big as some other success stories I read? Any help would be so great. I think im getting nervous! But so ready... Mel

That's great Kathleen are you excited? I Didn't have to do a pre op diet so I'm living it up a little before d day!
