A little scared

I go for my first fill tomorrow! I am kind of scared because I don't know what to expect. Also anticipating it makes me lose weight like I'm suppose to. I been eating right and following Dr orders but I go up and down a couple of pounds everyday.. I'm excited to be getting my first fill!

It is very exciting but please remember a fill doesn't make you lose weight. Eating less calories does that which is why portions, calorie tracking and self control play a huge part in a life of a banded person.

The band will help you from overeating, it will keep you satisfied longer between meals and it will be a great source of support when properly restricted.

Best wishes for a successful journey!
