Jean McMillan's Bandwagon Cookery

I have just glanced thru this book that I finally got and am pissed that I didn't get it pre band, it has some fantastic recipes that I could have used for my soft, mushy, full liquid phases. I can't wait to try some of the recipes!!!! Recommend it to all those getting banded before you get banded. (I purchased mine off a link on the bottom on lapbandtalk).
