Getting back on track!

I am 2 1/2 years post band surgery. I have lost about 120 lbs but still have another 80 to go. I was doing really well, but about 6 months ago, I started going backwards...throwing up a lot, not eating what I should...anyway, this is my "BACK ON TRACK" thread! Feel free to post encouragement, challenges or whatever anyone needs who is also re-committing! My goal is to be at goal in another 16 months!! Thank you everyone! Here's to a new year in a new body :)

All I have to say is take your time eating and drinking that could be the problem, because wenn I told my Dr. he took some out and I gained, so be very careful with that. good luck!

That's a really good reminder...I eat way too fast. Thanks for the advice!

Hi, I was banded 3 yrs ago and lost 90lbs. I had a baby 20 months ago & have had a real hard time getting back on track. Gained about 40lbs and really need advice & encouragement. Good luck, I know we can do this!!
