I'm just over 1 week, but I have noticed that pains like this--either under ribs or up in my shoulder--are my key not to eat anymore. You've been banded longer, so I'm not sure if that's any help, but it seems to be my 'stop' signal.

Just off the top of my head it sounds like you may have eaten a bit to fast....but I only say that because something like that happens to me when I eat too fast.

I have the same pain sometimes and I have always wondered if it was pain from my liver being moved around for the surgery. Just a thought, because I have these pains even when I haven't eaten.
