How to start again

I recently had my band unfilled completely and want to start getting fills again .. My dr fills pretty fast at a time should I start slow or let me fill me up to four right away ?

If you think you can eat like a veteran bandster go for the big fill. If you never learned to eat the right way and follow the rules? Slow and steady could be your best friend.

What does your dr suggest? I found with fills mine tends to know best.

I started out with small fills and I'm glad I went slow. Two years out and only one unfill recently. I have tried to take the journey slower than many. It's up to you and how you feel about eating rules and restriction. Good luck I know you will be successful:)
