Weifght Loss

I had realize band did may of 2012 it's been 7mos now and I dropped two dress sizes but only loss 40lbs. Not sure if I am doing well or is this normal

Congrats! Anything is good. The goal I believe is 1-2lb a week. But I think as long as you're trying and losing it doesn't really matter! Keep up the good work!!

It's like I am at a stand still

You are losing so that is a good thing. But if it were me I would track my calories and weigh all the portions... you woul be surprised how those calories add up. and this goes for everything you put in your mouth...solids or liquids. I would even count a breath mint so I didnt go over my calorie count for the day. I know... its drastic...but it sure works!
