Loving the gym...

So - I just got cleared from my surgeon last week to go back to the gym (6 wks post-op) and I have gone several days and wow - what a huge difference post-surgery weight loss makes. It feels so amazing to go - and work out hard. I am up to 60 min of pretty intense cardio and feel great.

And let me be clear - I am not one of those people who says they love the gym, but man what a revelation!

Me too!!! I had surgery on November 6th and i joined a gym on Monday! I love it! I was working out about 2 weeks before that at home, but i love the gym. I have been spending hours there every day this week. I have a personal trainer and it is so fabulous.

For me it's a beautiful love hate relationship, I push a little more each day and feel GREAT once I'm done. The sweating is what makes me feel accomplished.
