question

I had a fill on Tuesday. I ate my lunch too fast today. It didn't come back up, but it felt like it was stuck in my chest for a short time. Then it went away. But now as I eat my dinner I get that same feeling with every bite and I am burping a lot. Anyone experience this?

Might be too soon to tell if you ate too tight. For me it sometimes took up to two or three weeks before it felt good. This last fill for me was too tight and I unfilled 1/4cc. If you are burping, coughing at night, have discomfort while eating, and feel restricted with even back pain, you may be too tight,

Make sure you are following all those rules before you decide to go in. Tweak that first. If you are following the rules, you will know to go in.

What are the rules as you know them

I s it

3 meals

1 cup at each

No drinking with meals

Small bites

If you had a mini stuck episode, you may need to do a day of liquids to give the band area a chance to settle down.
