It's Pretty Quiet...

Hi Ladies! Just thought I'd put a message out there. How is everyone's journey so far? My surgery is Thursday and I'm in pre- op diet hell :-)

Ladies,

This group seems quite but I would really like to talk to others about their band journey. I got banded in Nov 2013. I have had two fills and I now exercising. I do Zumbia twice a week and walk on my treadmill twice a week.

Hopefully someone will respond

Hey people! I am just getting back on track after..... so many times. Its not easy, but I can do all things through Christ. So I am taking a better attitude this time around. I have been a bit stressed. I wonder is it because I can't eat what I want. I know I don't need those things, so I am trying to stay focused. How is everyone doing?
