i was wondering what it costs to have a lapband done if the insurance doesnt pay for it? I am from pa. but would travel anywhere reasonable if anyone knows a good dr.

Dr Ortiz banded and taught Dr. Grossbard the Lap Band and they did do surgeries together in the Cancun facility until a storm messed up their hospital.

I am also going to Dr. Ortiz this coming up Wednesday. $8500 for everything. I have looked for weeks for anything negative about Dr. Ortiz and have nothing.......zip....not 1 bad word. He seems to be one of the best.
