Homemade Soup

I'm middle eastern and I've been struggling with eating canned Soups and such post my banding 8 days ago. I begged my mom to help me create some Middle East dishes that I'm accustomed to but yet can eat in line with band.

Homemade blended Lentil Soup minus tahini and oil. Yum!!!!

In the begining when I was first banded soup was my go to food when eating out. My PA said it was a poor choice because commercial soups were loaded with sodium so I made homemade that way I knew what was going in them..

I did to make my own before surgery and frozen them it was perfect for me. ...line dancer

Yea. I am kinda struggling with all this canned soup. Not used to it. Any soup ideas?

I made all my own soups, never liked the canned ones, you can make any soup you like just put it through the blender, this way you can also make really nutritious ones so you don't get fatigued.
