It's been stuck way too long if it's still stuck this morning! Try drinking something warm and if that doesn't help, I would call my doc immediately! When food gets stuck, it shouldn't take overnight for it to finally clear.

On another post, someone mentioned papaya enzyme from GNC. It breaks down protein.
