How do you like Curves? I been looking in to going there but can't decide on that or Planet Fitness (Right next to my work) I kinda like the idea of women only for Curves.

I love curves, BUT, I am 48, arthritis in both knees so I needed a lower impact type gym. Pre arthritis, I would have wanted more selection than curves has to offer. They do offer free trial days to see if you like it.

The gym that is the most convenient, to me, is the best gym for me. I don't need excuses not to go. If that could happen to you as well, I'd pick the gym next to you
