Oh The Gas Pains

It seems I am starting a list of foods, I should be able to eat that have given me such bad gas pains that I would be afraid to try them again any time soon. The first is Beans...........on my mushy stage, I had gas so bad that I had to leave work as I was in pain............this lasted almost 12hrs. I had a fill yesterday morning, so had mushroom Soup for dinner (restaurant). I maybe had 1/3 of a cup, no chunks just soup and the gas and pain were as bad as the beans, even got shoulder gas pain, which I haven't had in about 2 weeks..............it didn't last as long thank god, but enough to make me extremely uncomfortable.

Mushrooms

Beans

Anything on your list that isn't the obvious (breads etc)

I had surgery 9/20

I still have some pain under my left breast

Especially after drinking too much Water

How can you tell what's causing the pain?

I think it's gas but I'm not sure!

I really have no clue how the band should feel!!!

I didn't think my band would involve pain!

Sorry, I can't help you much as I have not had any pain, except from my beans and mushrooms. My gas pains were all in my shoulders. I don't think I 'feel' my band at all. I would guess it could still be gas, but doesn't hurt to contact your dr.
