First Post Op Appt This Morning!

The N.P. checked my incisions. Which all looked fine there is some slight bruising on the top of the stitches for my port site but she said that it was not enough to be concerned about. Talked with the dietician and went over the foods I was able to handle the last week so I am now on mushies! Had some baked fish and mashed sweet taters for dinner. It was pretty enjoyable to not drink all my food lol.

I go back in one month for a fill. The dietician warned that closer to to the date I may start to feel more and more hungry but right now hunger is not the problem it's more a mental thing that I FEEL like I'm missing out on something but when it actually comes time to eat I can barely get in enough Protein for the day. today was the most daily calories I've had since surgery and the total was 400. I am tolerating walking well and thinking about getting back to the Y for some elliptical work because its just getting colder and colder every day here in Illinois I know I will not be able to stroll around the block for too much longer.

Does anyone else get the reaction from anyone that the tiny bites and small amount of food you can handle is ridiculous? Many people have said they don't see how I can be healthy on so little
