Just had my pre op appointment, blood draw and chest x ray. They took blood from my hand which hurts a little. I will check in on Monday at 6 am and surgery at 7:30.
I am thinking of this as a wedding day sort of. There will be a ring (lap band) and making commitments. I promise to eat slow and take small bites and chew chew chew. My portions will be no bigger than a cup. And do you lap band promise not to slip and port not flip? If so let these 2 be united in day surgery and wish you all the best of luck.
No honey moon and no reception to follow.
