Gained 1#

I gained a pound on day 10 of my pre op diet. I understand I put my body in shock with the sudden restrictions and now it's in starvation mode. My body wants to hold onto every calorie I eat. Thank goodness I only have 4 more days of this.

Hang in there!! Your body weight will fluctuate daily, by you sticking to your diet plan your surgeon gave you, you are going to do great! I am sure by the next day or so you will lose more :)

Agree... every now and then I step on the scale and I'm up 3 or 4 pounds. Uff I hate that. I've learned to live with it. It usually disappears in a day or two. I think your body retains water because of sodium etc.
