Vitamins

I live in the UK. Does anyone know where to get chewable multivitamins & Fibre vitamins from. I know America sell these but very expensive to ship over. I can't swallow normal tablets they get stuck. Any ideas anyone ? What's the best vitamins to take too when you have a Lapland ?

I am sure you have vitamin shops over there. We have things like The Vitamin Shoppe and GNC here that sell all different kinds. Google that and see if you can find one in your area and check it out. I just went to a vitamin store and looked around and questions the people there- that is how I found mine.

Has anyone tried to swallow the omega pills, the big gel ones?

Vitamins hi I am also in uk, I got mine from boots, multi vits and calcum both chewable, in my tescos their is a health shop they do a liq muliti vit hope this helps. I was banded 1st oct 2012 still learning,
