Are my eating habits normal?

Hi friends, Im a new bandster (32 days) and have been doing well so far. This week I have my monthly cycle and really cant each much at all. Is this pretty normal? I usually have 4oz of yougurt or cottage cheese in the am, 4oz of tuna and a few steamed vegies for lunch, then dinner is usually eggs with cheese and peppers, or soup/fish/chicken vegs and maybe a little potatoes. Im going to try salads soon maybe pasta. For some reason this week Im not eating much at all, skipping breakfast and maybe 2tbs of tuna at lunch (I feel sooooo full from that) Could this be because of my cycle? Also is it possible some people dont need a fill? I seem to have good restriction and really dont overeat at all (I do stop when I get the dreaded "IM FULL" pain) I have to get usted to eating slow also, I was always a person who ate really fast. Thanks again!

I echo that. I didn't feel I needed a fill until a good 1.5 months after my surgery. The stomach was still real sensitive and that helped me not eat much. After that time, I began to be able to eat more regularly and that was when I knew I needed a fill. The fill helped me to feel that restriction that I felt after surgery.

Enjoy it - it is part of what helps us shed some of those first pounds. Good luck.

It was 6 weeks before I had a fill an I could have gone a bit longer but that initial restriction usually does go away.

As to what you're eating, well I guess "normal" is eating within your limits, what you can tolerate and only until you're no longer hungry and you sound like you're doing really well there.
