Refined Cooked Cereal

Ok, that's on my next stage. It says cream of wheat and grits... I don't like either. Any suggestions?

Do you like oatmeal? If so make it a little runny. I made scrambled eggs and just mashed them with a fork, or cottage cheese and mashed it with a fork. I made fish and mashed it with a fork. You can also try anything you like and put it in a blender to puree it, just add a little Miracle Whip or chicken broth to make it moist. If you like soups, you can try any creamed soup and strain it. You just don't want any strings or chunks in your stomach yet to get stuck or irritate you stomach while it is healing. I loved cream of tomato soup. I drank it every day!

If you don't like either, just keep with the yogurt and smoothies for bfast. Cream of wheat and grits might keep you full longer. My cream of wheatralso included pureed scrabmled eggs, blended cottage cheese.........those might be options. (no oatmeal or seeds yet though)
