Band Self-Tightened??!

I've been super stressed these last three days. My 2 year old had adenoids out and tubes put in. Starting yesterday, I have been SUPER tight with LOTS of heart burn. It's been just a little better today. Liquids are going down ok. Do you think it's just stress??

I know I've been under a lot of stress lately and my band is tightening right up on me. I would give it a couple days to see if it relaxes when the stress lessens. If the stress lessens and you still feel too tight, then definitely call your doc.

btw- my son had tubes in his ears when he was a toddler, too. They bounce back SUPER fast! Much quicker than us adults do.

Best wishes.

Thanks so much! I'll monitor for a few days.

It is amazing what effects the band..for me TOM..stress..weather..once these things are gone..boom. band back to normal..lol

I was banded two months ago and I'm still learning my band. I do know that whenever I'm stressed my band gets tight and I've learned (the hard way) that I shouldn't eat. I've also learned (the hard way) to take SMALL bites an chew, chew, chew!!!!!!
