I just finished weighing myself & I can't believe I lost 8 Pounds all by myself I had to pad myself in the back because I'm very proud of myself is really hard not eating the food that I'm use to eating but I had to make some changes about my horrible eating habits I hope it won't be a problem with the surgeon when I go on Monday for the second consultation.
