Banded 9-27-12

I got banded 4 days ago and up until today it has been great I lost 20 lbs on my 2 wk pre-op diet and I have been getting in alot of fluids, but I have a lot of gas in my chest and its hurting bad, can anyone help me or give me some advice?

I got banded 3 days ago...and no pain except for the gas thing....That's my biggest complaints....so my mom suggested I take 10cc of Milk of Mag.mixed in about 30cc of hot water....I did it, and boy did I get rid of a lot of gas.....I tried the gas-X but it did not work well for me. or you can also try boiling garlic with cloves....and drink as tea....that help as well with passing the gas....I had a much better day today then yesterday......Hope that helps, good luck!!!
