Drops For Gas Relief?

I havent heard of this. Can u get it over the counter? Do u take before or just after (preventative) i heard Gas x strips for after helps

    The drops can be found in the infants section at the pharmacy. I got mine from walmart for a couple bucks.

    They can be found at Walmart in the infant medicine section for a couple bucks.
