Do you get the side effects from PB2 like you do with real peanut butter? If I eat peanut butter I have horrific heartburn, PB, and a taste I can't get rid of for 2 days.

I use it as a spread on crackers. I follow the package directions to make it but usually add a drop more water in order to thin it out well so it can spread easily on crackers. It's not as "rich" and heavy tasting as regular peanut butter. I really enjoy it!

What is PB2?

It has about 45 calories a serving. You can add water to it and you eat it just like regular peanut butter. I looked on GNC's website and you can buy it in the store.

I have never seen at any of my GNCs. You can check the PB2 site because most places do not carry it. You can order online from them. I use mine in my protein drinks.
