Congratulations on the weight loss. Keep the faith and best wishes.

Tonite I tried a hamburger cooked less than usual to keep it softer...hamburger did fine until the last couple of bites...I even chewed smaller bites:( But, I also was lying down watching T.V. Everything I do this then get up to eat, my band is tight...hard for things to go down. I haven't had any problems for a good week. I've also been sick this week, not drinking as well. Many of things can contribute to food not going down well, for me sometimes it's chewing or too big of bites.

Thank you!!! I'm trying to keep the faith but it's alittle hard when you want the weight to come out but not realizing that it takes time..

I think that's my problem is the chewing i really don't know! All I know is after I eat something like an hamburger I have to lay down cause then my port start to become very painful

I know it seems like forever but before you know it that weight will come off. I started in size 24...down to a 12, I wanted to go slower to accept this life change, wasn't sure if I could do this...so I had conservative fills. Just keep your eye on the prize:)
